Eagle Island Sea Kayaking

Join us for a paddle in the Tongass National Forest. Your adventure starts with a van ride to the north end of Ketchikan to beautiful Clover Pass. You will be welcomed and led down to our waterfront facility where you will be introduced to your tandem kayak and receive a safety briefing from your guide.

You'll quickly gain confidence as you paddle to the Eagle Islands. The protected waters of Clover Pass provide us with the opportunity to really enjoy the tranquil setting of the Tongass National Forest. Along the paddle you will learn about the natural and cultural history of the area while keeping a keen eye out for Bald Eagles and their nests, seals, jumping salmon, and - when the tide is right - sea stars.

"No experience necessary in double Kayaks"

Experienced Kayaker Option

Single Kayaks are available for those with prior Kayaking experience.

Testimonials

What a great day we had with the Southeast Exposure Kayaking. We spent the day exploring the Eagle Islands and just paddling round. Much praise to the guides whom made my family and I very comfortable in the water. The wildlife and scenery was out of this world.
